Job Summary
Manage complete medical intake to ensure seamless transition into treatment and perform all nursing shift duties including vitals, drug screens, and scheduling appointments. Coordinate pharmacy needs, dispense medication, and maintain accurate med logs while collaborating with medical, clinical, and UR teams for total care coordination. Ensure complete, timely, and accurate medical documentation for each client. This day shift role (9a-9p) requires current licensure and one year of post-high school education. Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year diploma program post-high school
- Current licensure necessary to practice in-state, or compact licensure with multistate privileges
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented, with ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Compassionate and dignified character which models recovery principles
- Day shift (9a-9p)
