Job Summary
RN Fellow in the Women’s Operating Room providing knowledgeable clinical practice and care coordination with an integrated approach to patient outcomes. Requires a minimum of 1 year of RN experience and a BSN or ADN (ADN must complete BSN within 5 years). Must be licensed or eligible to practice in Virginia. Day shift, full-time role with sign-on and relocation bonuses. Attends learning sessions to complete the RN Fellowship; adheres to standards and pathways for care delivery; delivers patient- and family-centered care across General Gynecology, Gynecological Oncology, Urogynecology, and Robotic procedures within the Women’s OR.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year Registered Nurse clinical experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN); BSN required within 5 years if ADN
- RN license or eligibility to practice in Virginia
- Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
