Job Summary
Administer quality nursing care to residents by implementing individualized care plans using recognized techniques and established standards. Promote the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of residents and team members while demonstrating leadership and fostering cooperation. Ensure compliance with applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions. Work 12-hour shifts (6a–6p and 6p–6pa) with an every-other weekend/holiday rotation in Faulkton or Aberdeen, SD.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold current Registered Nurse (RN) with applicable state, without restrictions, or Compact Nursing License, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions
- Demonstrates leadership ability while promoting the spirit of cooperation with team members
- Capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
