Registered Nurse (RN) - Family Medicine Clinic

Registered Nurse (RN) in a Family Medicine Clinic. Full-time role (40 hours/week) with a schedule of Mon-Thu 8:30am-5:00pm and Fri 7:30am-4:00pm. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process across the continuum of care, monitoring patient conditions, updating care plans, coordinating with the care team, administering medications and therapies per protocols, maintaining accurate EHR documentation, ensuring a culture of safety, supervising delegation to LPNs and aides, and possibly floating to other units within the service area to meet patient care needs. Requires graduation from a Board of Nursing approved program, active RN license (multi-state compact or single-state with state privileges), and BLS. Preferred BSN. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills are essential. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds, perform physical tasks, and adhere to safety and ethical standards. Telehealth possibilities noted with licensure requirements in applicable states.
