Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health in Fall River, MA for Nightingale Health Services. Role involves collecting patient medical histories, assessing health, educating patients and families on nursing services and care plans, providing skilled nursing care per care plans and HIPAA, evaluating and adjusting interventions, submitting patient notes, coordinating services (LPN, HHA, Personal Care Attendant), arranging referrals (PT, medical social work), and supervising LPNs and HHAs. Flexible scheduling available (full-time or part-time) with paid per visit compensation starting at $38/visit, mileage reimbursement, and benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, and referral bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- TB test within last 12 months & CPR certification
- Physical exam within last 12 months
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to attend orientation at Taunton office
