Registered Nurse (RN) - Fairfield Cardiology

Delivers patient care through data collection, assessment, and evaluation of nursing outcomes while coordinating teaching activities and directing care from the health team. Conducts initial and ongoing patient assessments, analyzes data to create care plans, and implements treatments in collaboration with interdisciplinary staff. Administers medications safely per state practice and hospital policies, serving as the primary point of contact for care coordination across departments. Acts as a patient safety advocate by participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives. Requires a valid nursing license, Associate or Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred), and BLS certification.
