Job Summary
Provide resident care per physician treatment plans and nursing standards while implementing care plans developed by the Nurse Manager. Administer medications and treatments according to the plan of care, monitoring and assessing resident conditions to promptly report changes to clinical team members. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available with same-day pay ranging from $37-$46/hour.
Required Qualifications
- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of PA
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
- Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
