Job Summary
Provide compassionate nursing care to residents based on individualized care plans while supervising Certified Nursing Assistants and assigning work. Monitor resident conditions, assess symptoms, administer prescribed medications, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care, educate families on health conditions, and maintain accurate documentation. Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents. Requires an active RN license with preferred experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing. Required Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unencumbered state license
