Job Summary
Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to conduct client assessments and develop personalized care plans, perform supervisory visits for caregivers and clients, monitor health status and coordinate care needs, provide caregiver training and clinical guidance, ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies, communicate with families, physicians, and care teams, and maintain accurate documentation and client records in home-care settings for seniors and adults in their homes.
