Registered Nurse (RN) Evenings

Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment while administering medications and treatments accurately. Support daily clinical operations, monitor resident conditions, and respond promptly to status changes. Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to promote high-quality care, communicate effectively with families, and document care to meet clinical and regulatory standards. Adhere to infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times.
