Registered Nurse (RN) Evenings

Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment while supporting daily clinical operations. Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitor resident conditions, and respond promptly to status changes. Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to promote high-quality care, communicate effectively with families, and document care to meet regulatory standards. Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times.
