Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment; administer medications and treatments accurately and on time; monitor resident conditions and respond to changes; collaborate with CNA, LPN, providers, and other disciplines to promote high-quality care; communicate care needs effectively to residents and families; document care to meet clinical and regulatory standards; follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing (Iowa)
- Current CPR Certification
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
- Ability to provide direct, compassionate nursing care and communicate with residents/families
- Experience in coordinating with CNA, LPN, provider, and interdisciplinary team
