Registered Nurse RN

Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs while promoting resident independence through care goals and self-care education. Perform all clinical duties per state standards, including infection prevention, medication administration, and routine nursing care to assigned residents. Monitor clinical conditions to identify status changes, maintain accurate electronic medical record documentation, and participate in care conferences as requested. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic plans of care and ensure resident comfort and safety.
