Job Summary
Administer medications and perform treatments per orders while monitoring conditions to ensure resident safety and comfort. Maintain infection control protocols and document thoroughly in the EMR. Participate in inter-disciplinary team meetings to develop holistic plans of care and explain conditions, care plans, and medications to residents and family members. Adhere to guidelines in the State Nurse Practice Act and established best practices. Work flexible full or part-time schedules with shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active state licensure
- Current CPR certification
- At least six months of relevant experience
