Registered Nurse (RN)

Administer medications and perform treatments per orders while monitoring conditions to ensure resident safety and comfort. Maintain infection control protocols and document thoroughly in the EMR. Participate in inter-disciplinary team meetings to develop holistic care plans and explain conditions, care plans, and medications to residents and family members. Adhere to guidelines in the State Nurse Practice Act and established best practices. This role supports personalized routine and wellness care, sick visits, and specialized nursing care across onsite medical centers, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and at-home services. Compensation is commensurate with experience between $35.00 and $44.00 hourly, with additional shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
