Registered Nurse (RN)- Endoscopy Per Diem

Assess patients' physiologic and psychosocial health status, including gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions. Implement the nursing process by conducting interviews, administering prescribed treatments, and performing grade I-IV decubitus care. Collaborate with physicians and care team members to coordinate procedures, interpret treatment regimens, and delegate assignments to support staff. Document all assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately while providing education on drug interactions and discharge planning. Maintain constant vigilance over patient safety and respond rapidly during emergency situations.
