Job Summary
Provide care for individuals based on age-specific needs, systematically collecting and recording health status data, and evaluating patient responses to interventions. Develop nursing care plans with families and consult on multidisciplinary plans, adjusting patient education to individual understanding. Guide assigned personnel and coordinate ancillary services within hospital policies and Tennessee legal frameworks. Requires Bachelor of Science in Nursing, active Tennessee license, BLS, and one year of RN experience. Endoscopy experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Active license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Tennessee
- BLS
Desired Qualifications
- ACLS
- 1 year experience as Registered Nurse
- Endoscopy experience
