Registered Nurse (RN) - Endoscopy - Clermont Hospital

Assess patient status, determine priority of problems, and implement clinical nursing interventions for acute, critical patients. Develop and perform patient care plans to enhance outcomes while ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, conduct initial and ongoing assessments, and observe the surgical team to maintain a comfortable environment. Manage nursing care within the OR, coordinating surgical team needs with other providers. Provide pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care, including discharge instructions. Two years of Critical Care experience preferred; current RN licensure and BLS/ACLS required. Schedule 24 weekly hours, days shift.
