Registered Nurse (RN) - Endoscopy Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assisting with care plans to promote short and long-term outcomes. Deliver safe, effective care according to policies, coordinate daily patient flow, and maintain comprehensive documentation of assessments and incidents. Prioritize actions based on patient needs, communicate care plans with staff and families, and serve as an educational resource for patients. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance councils, and mentor other nurses through preceptorship. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and stay current with industry best practices. Full-time day shift, 40 hours per week, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available.
