Job Summary
Triage injured or exposed employees, administer first aid, and prepare for medical director evaluations while managing case requests. Perform health assessments, document findings, and conduct follow-ups for work-related and non-work-related conditions. Draw labs, process substance abuse specimens, and execute occupational health testing including audiograms and pulmonary function tests. Maintain clinic inventory, ensure compliance with state and federal records, and support safety and wellness programs. This role requires a current RN license and three years of experience, with on-site shifts at Independence Pointe and Upstate-Practice Operations locations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing
- Three (3) years nursing experience or two (2) years in Occupational Medicine nursing
- Current RN compact/multistate license recognized by the NCSBN Compact State or is licensed to practice as an RN in the state the team member is working
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- Physical assessment background in urgent or emergency care
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation and case management processes
