Assess, intervene, and treat emergent and non-emergent patients in a high-volume primary/urgent care setting using detailed treatment protocols without direct physician supervision. Perform accurate triage to determine care priority for patients of all ages, initiate tests per written protocols, and collaborate with physicians to manage emergent cases or facilitate transfers. Provide direct patient care including IV and phlebotomy, delegate to unlicensed assistive personnel, and educate patients and families on their conditions and follow-up needs. Maintain patient privacy, ensure proper billing documentation, and uphold infection control standards while assisting with procedures and maintaining a safe clinical environment.
