Job Summary
Accurately perform patient assessments, identify needs, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions for an average daily census of 120 patients. Provide care tailored to patient condition and age, while performing timely documentation of medical necessity and revising Interdisciplinary Care Plans. Conduct QI assessments and manage a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 across 26 treatment areas, including a Fast Track and vertical flow space. Maintain a current state RN license with Basic Life Support certification within 30 days, ACLS and PALS within six months, and one year of experience preferred. Join Wilson Medical Center's Emergency Department, a Certified Chest Pain and Primary Stroke Center, to contribute to high-quality emergency medical care in a collaborative environment.
