Job Summary
Conduct accurate patient assessments, identify needs, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions for emergency department patients. Provide care tailored to the condition and age of each patient while performing timely documentation and revising the Interdisciplinary Care Plan. Execute timely and accurate quality improvement assessments within the 26 treatment areas of the Emergency Department. Maintain a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio across 20 beds and a Fast Track area. Requires current state RN license, BLS within 30 days, and ACLS/PALS within six months. Base salary is $20,000 with an incentive bonus; schedule includes 3x12 with rotating weekends and holidays.
