Job Summary
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Room on weekends, coordinating with medical providers and the care team. Deliver procedures, monitoring, and documentation in the patient’s medical record; educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up care; communicate using established nursing models to support patient outcomes and continuous improvement within the department.
Required Qualifications
- RN, Registered Nurse Diploma
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course, or PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- No Travel Required
