Registered Nurse RN Emergency Room

Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Room in collaboration with medical providers and care team. Provide individualized care using established nursing models (“Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage”). Educate patients and families about conditions, plans, medications, follow-up, and healthy lifestyle changes. Document care in the medical record, respond promptly to patient needs, and support staff with resources and tools to deliver safe, high-quality care in a staffing-enabled environment.
