Registered Nurse RN Emergency Room Mids

Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Room as an RN. Provide care in collaboration with the care team, assess and manage patient pain, perform procedures and document care in the medical record, educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up, and participate in ongoing nursing education and departmental performance initiatives. Role emphasizes advocacy for patients/families, adherence to established nursing models (Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage), and commitment to clinical outcomes within a Trauma/ER setting. Qualifications include RN licensure and required certifications (ACLS, PALS, BTLS/CALS, BCLS) with timelines for certification completion.
