Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Room Mid Shift at Research Medical Center. Provides high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers and care team. Responsibilities include assessing and monitoring patient pain, performing procedures as ordered, timely documentation in the medical record, promptly responding to patient needs, and educating patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up steps. Focused on upholding established nursing models (Assess, Perform, Teach, Manage) and ensuring safe, compassionate care while supporting departmental performance. Qualifications require RN licensure, RN Diploma, within-1-year completion of Advanced Trauma Care for Nurse or Trauma Nursing Core Course, within-1-year completion of Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course or PALS, within-6 months completion of Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Cardiac Life Support, with no travel and no prior experience requirement. Required Qualifications

- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
