Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER) – St. Francis Eastside

Assess patient status, determine priority of problems and needs, and implement clinical nursing interventions in a fast-paced, high-intensity setting. Develop and perform patient care plans to enhance outcomes, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, and serve as the point of contact for care coordination across hospital departments. Administer medications safely per state practice and organizational policies while evaluating and revising care plans to facilitate expected outcomes. Provide care to a broad spectrum of patients ranging from short-stay to trauma. Work 36 weekly hours in days/afternoons shifts.
