Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department - St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital

Assess patient status, determine priority of problems, and implement clinical nursing interventions in a fast-paced, high-intensity emergency department setting. Develop and perform patient care plans to enhance outcomes while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team. Administer medications safely per state practice and organizational policies, serving as the point of contact for care coordination across hospital departments. Manage a broad spectrum of patients ranging from short-stay to trauma cases. Requires current RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
