Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

Conduct patient interviews, assess gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, respiratory, renal, and neurological health status, and adjust care plans based on mobility, sensory deficits, and pain levels. Implement comprehensive plans of care that include administering prescribed treatments, performing grade I-IV decubitus care, and applying aseptic techniques for dressings and irrigations. Collaborate with physicians and the care team to coordinate treatments, delegate assignments, and manage emergency situations while documenting physiologic and psychosocial status. Evaluate patient outcomes, provide discharge planning, and educate patients and families regarding conditions, drug interactions, and post-hospital care referrals.
