Job Summary
RN in the Emergency Department (Night shift) delivers comprehensive nursing care to ED patients, including systematic assessment/reassessment, nursing diagnosis and outcomes, and coordination of care with ED physicians, residents, PAs, and NPs; responsible for planning and evaluating discharge needs, using evidence-based practice and professional judgment to meet patient goals. Requires Oklahoma RN licensure and BLS; education path includes Diploma/ADN with BSN/MSN preferred. Positions operate in a fast-paced, 24/7 ED environment with a focus on stabilizing patients, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and opportunities for residency advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Oklahoma Registered Nurse license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Education: Diploma or Associate’s degree required; BSN/MSN preferred
- Experience: Previous experience in healthcare field preferred
