Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department (ER) at Scottish Rite

Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process to deliver age- and developmentally-appropriate, patient-family-centered care. Functions as an integral member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team, documenting using clinical tools, prioritizing care, and coordinating admissions, transfers, and discharges to maintain safe patient flow. Maintain ongoing professional development, supervise unlicensed staff when needed, and engage in ethical, evidence-based practice. Responsibilities span care planning, patient education, quality improvement, and collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes in a pediatric ED setting.
