Job Summary

Conduct emergency department nursing care in a Level I Trauma Center environment, managing patients with trauma, cardiac, stroke, and critical care cases. Provide timely, high-quality care to approximately 10% trauma-related cases while collaborating with experienced providers and interdisciplinary teams. Work the 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. night shift with every other weekend availability and required holiday rotation. Maintain BLS certification within 90 days and hold an active RN license, with BSN preferred. Join a Magnet hospital recognized by the Emergency Nurses Association Lantern Award for exceptional leadership and practice.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Registered Nursing
  • Registered Nurse license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Night shift availability (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.)
  • Every other weekend availability
  • Holiday Rotation
  • Full-time, 36 hours per week commitment
  • Registered Nurse (RN) status

Desired Qualifications

  • BSN or MSN
  • Prior RN experience
  • Emergency Department experience
  • Strong candidates with related acute care, critical care, intermediate care, trauma, cardiac, stroke, or med/surg experience
