Job Summary
RN, Emergency Department, Night Shift: provides direct and indirect patient care in ED with emphasis on triage, rapid assessment, collaboration with physicians and mid-level providers, and supervision of ED techs and registration staff. Requires a nursing degree and MT RN license with 2+ years ED experience; BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC/ENPC required or to be obtained within 6 months. Retention bonus up to $20,000 available for eligible candidates. Strong emphasis on teamwork, patient safety, and efficient patient flow.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 2 years RN experience in Emergency Department
- Current MT State RN license
- BLS ACLS PALS TNCC ENPC (or obtained within 6 months)
