Job Summary
Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department (ED) on Nights with PRN flexibility. Provides direct patient care, coordinates care with interdisciplinary team, and participates in governance and quality initiatives. Requires GA RN licensure, an Associate Degree (Bachelor’s preferred), and at least one year of RN experience (new graduates may enter the RN Residency Program). Roles include clinical leadership development, mentorship opportunities, accurate documentation in the EMR, medication administration, discharge planning, and engagement in safety and patient experience initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
- Associates Degree minimum
- One year of experience as a professional RN or new graduate referred to RN Residency Program
