As an RN in the Emergency Department, provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards and policies. Utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and effective communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
