Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse provides patient-centered nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team, following the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver individualized, evidence-based care. Responsibilities include coordinating care, ensuring timely documentation, supporting a respectful and inclusive clinical environment, promoting teamwork, pursuing performance improvement and research utilization, and serving as a preceptor/mentor to other nurses and students. Requires BSN and active nursing licensure; operates within Wellstar governance and standards, with a Day shift in GA.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
- RN license (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- English language proficiency
