Job Summary
Oversee and conduct education, in-services, and training for nursing staff and all departments within the skilled facility. Deliver instruction for Certified Nurse Aide instructors while managing staff development initiatives. Requires Missouri RN licensure, Certified Nurse Aide instructor certification, two years of RN experience, and one year in long-term care. Teaching experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Must be RN licensed by the State of Missouri
- Certification and approval as a Certified Nurse Aide instructor
- Have at least two (2) years of RN experience
- At least one (1) year of experience in long-term care
