Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Edgewood Center for Rehab and Healthcare, you will monitor patient health, record vital signs, and update care plans; administer medications and treatments as prescribed; assist residents with daily activities to enhance their quality of life; and collaborate with nursing teams, physicians, and families to ensure optimal care. Shifts include full-time schedules such as 3p-11p, 7p-7a, and 11p-7a, with weekend and differential pay opportunities, and additional bonuses including a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $500 referral bonus. The role requires an active NH RN license and a passion for compassionate, professional care.
