Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, reviews, and complex clinical supports including PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, wound management, and medication administration. Develop and review participant care plans, manage high-intensity support in home, community, respite, and SIL settings, and liaise with families, guardians, and multidisciplinary teams. Monitor participant health status, respond to medical incidents, and maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards. Hold a Bachelor of Nursing, current AHPRA registration, and valid driver's licence. Full-time role in Minchinbury, NSW with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Valid Driver's Licence
