Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) role in a long-term and rehabilitation care setting. Responsible for delivering and coordinating nursing care, assessing and planning patient care, implementing the patient plan of care, directing and supervising other nursing staff, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and facility policies. Rotating shifts including holidays and weekends, with competitive benefits, shift differentials for evening/night hours, and opportunities for career growth within Diamond Ridge Center for Rehabilitation & Healing. Must hold an active RN license and meet background screening requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a basic nursing education program
- Minimum of one year medical/surgical nursing experience in an acute care or long-term care setting (acute/critical care preferred)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state(s) of practice
- Reliable transportation
