Registered Nurse - RN - Dialysis

Job Summary
Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for dialysis patients in the Home Therapies program, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of care; delegate appropriate tasks to direct patient care staff; train home dialysis patients and Home Partners on safe operation and maintenance of Home Dialysis equipment; participate in education and quality improvement projects; serve as a resource and leader to staff; ensures correct laboratory procedures and updates the nursing plan of care in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team; requires state nursing licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and nephrology nursing experience; includes on-call, travel to training sites/home visits, and potential days of night/weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current appropriate state licensure
- CPR BLS Certification
- minimum of 2 years nephrology nursing experience within the last 2 years as an RN
