Job Summary
Registered Nurse – Home Therapies: Deliver and coordinate skilled nursing care for ESKD patients in the home and facility setting, educate patients and families on peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis, supervise and mentor staff as a team leader, perform assessments and tailor treatment plans, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe, effective home dialysis treatments.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current appropriate state licensure
- CPR BLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years nephrology nursing experience (for RN) OR equivalent
- Home dialysis training/experience preferred
- Ability to train home dialysis patients and Home Partners
- On-call rotation availability
- Possession of necessary state practice requirements
