Job Summary
Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care within the dialysis unit. Collaborate with the patient care team to coordinate daily patient flow, deliver safe care according to policies, and maintain comprehensive documentation of assessments, changes in condition, and education provided. Listen to patient and family concerns, serve as an educational resource on health-related issues, and communicate pertinent information to providers while upholding confidentiality and safety standards. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance through council activities, and foster growth through mentorship and preceptorship. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and stay current with industry best practices. Work a 4-10 hour day shift from 7am-5pm with a $10K shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor or BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- Shift: 4-10 hr shift 7am-5pm
- Relocation Eligible
