Job Summary
Provides care and treatment to patients on maintenance dialysis; performs and maintains knowledge and proficiency in dialysis treatments; provides oversight and delegation to department staff; ensures water room equipment operation and function; documents in the patient record per policy; ensures compliance with CMS/ESRD and related regulations; coordinates care with Medical Director, Nephrologist, patients, families, and other nursing staff; educates patients and families about dialysis process and self-care training; demonstrates commitment to care standards and safety while collaborating with the care team.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
