Job Summary
Monitor daily nursing care delivery and evaluate staff performance against established policies. Plan and conduct shift meetings to resolve concerns and improve services, while identifying resident care issues to implement corrective actions promptly. Provide written and verbal reports to the Director of Nursing and assist in coordinating nursing services with other resident teams for continuity. This Full Time 12h Shift role requires a current RN license, two years of clinical experience, and one year of management experience. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, you will ensure all duties align with federal, state, and local regulations to deliver personalized wellness experiences and exceptional outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of employment
- Peripheral IV certification
- Two years of clinical nursing experience
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
- One year of management experience (preferred)
- One year of experience in geriatrics or subacute care
- Additional languages
