Registered Nurse (RN)

Oversee daily nursing activities for LPNs, CMAs, and nursing assistants while reviewing care plans to ensure appropriate, individualized resident care. Assess residents, document physical findings, develop care plans, and communicate with physicians regarding conditions and progress. Prepare and administer medications as prescribed, notify the Director of Nursing of significant changes, and respond promptly to staff inquiries and resident requests. Complete accurate charting per facility policies and address call lights effectively. Requires an active RN license with at least one year of relevant experience; senior living experience preferred.
