Registered Nurse (RN) Days

Registered Nurse (RN) for day shift in psychiatric hospital settings across Tennessee/Alabama locations. Responsibilities include clinical oversight of day-to-day hospital operations, direct patient care in a therapeutic setting, following physician orders, completing comprehensive nursing assessments, developing and updating care plans, assigning nursing duties, staffing coordination, IV administration and venipuncture, patient/family education about medications and disorder needs, discharge planning, and providing emergency care when needed. Must supervise other mental healthcare staff, participate in group and individual therapy, and ensure timely documentation. Requires RN licensure, CPR and CPI certifications, and at least one year of nursing experience in geriatrics and/or mental health; travel may be required; flexibility in hours; overtime possible.
