Registered Nurse (RN) Days

Provide clinical oversight for the day-to-day hospital operations in a therapeutic setting, supervise and participate in patient care, follow physician orders, complete comprehensive nursing assessments and treatment plans, direct patient care and group/individual therapy/education, coordinate intake and continuum of care, apply treatments and restraints/seclusion as needed, educate families on medications and patient needs, supervise nursing staff, ensure discharge planning, and deliver emergency care as situations arise. Requires evaluating patient care on admission and ongoing basis, maintaining current nursing care plans, managing staffing schedules, IV administration, venipuncture, and adherence to state laws; requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience (geriatrics/mental health preferred). Education: RN degree and active RN license; CPR and CPI certifications; occasional overtime, weekend work, and travel may be required.
