Registered Nurse (RN) / Days

Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit, perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments, and ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately. Interpret assessment and diagnostic data including labs and telemetry, maintain competence in Rapid Response and code events, and instruct and counsel patients and families. Provide timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems. Full-time 7am to 7pm schedule with a sign-on bonus of $20,000.
